Mr. Magate Phala is the Founder and Director of Magate Phala & Associates (Pty) Ltd and a distinguished practitioner in the fields of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR), Labour Law, and Employment Relations.
With more than 20 years of professional experience, he has established himself as a respected authority in workplace dispute resolution, labour relations governance, and institutional mediation.
Mr. Phala currently serves as the Chairperson of the Public Service Coordinating Bargaining Council (PSCBC), where he plays a pivotal leadership role in advancing national labour relations policy and promoting constructive engagement between the State, organised labour, and key stakeholders within the public service sector.
